Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of £45. Booster sessions are subject to a cancellation fee of £25.
Late shows to sessions of more than 15 minutes maybe subject to cancellation with no refund.
No-shows without prior notification will incur the full amount of your session cost.
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We may be able to waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
